Our trained staff will provide a comprehensive assessment of the interior and exterior of your home, condo or apartment. We will meet with you at your home or virtually to discuss your goals and evaluate your specific needs to maximize your safety and independence.  

Home Modification 

 Concerned about returning home after a hospital or short term rehab stay? Let us help you create a safer home environment for you or your loved one. We can recommend temporary or permanent modifications based on your specific needs.  

Virtual Consultation

We will schedule a telephone and potentially video consultation with you, where we will discuss your environment, and goals, as part of the consultation process. The telephone consultation will also allow us to explain more about what you can expect from the process and answer any questions that you have, before you choose to go ahead.

Education 

Our team is composed of licensed occupational therapists and Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS) who will provide education and insight on important home safety features.
